Finish This Story in Three Sentences or Less (or more if it takes your fancy)

I was out at the market when I found the most adorable looking plush monkey. Without a moments hesitation I bought it and took it to my love interests apartment. After knocking on the door (and waiting for what felt like forever) she opened the door, I held the plushy monkey up and said 'when I saw this monkey I instantly thought of you'.

I chuckled and patted her on the head. "C'mon girl, let's go get you a snack." I walked over to the kitchen, handed her a banana and sighed deeply.
If only she could talk, I thought. I had trouble relating to all the women I've met. Not even Jane could fill that hole in me. Perhaps I couldn't see in Jane the mother figure I desired, unbelievable as it may be. I think Freud mentioned some kind of complex with that.
Oh well, I shrugged, then proceeded to swing around the living room with my soulmate.

This might be the worst endings ever, I think, Ah who cares its all just for fun anyways!!!
"It's so cute.", she said with a smirk on her face. I then knew she was lying. "You dont like it.", I said holding on to the plush. "I Do, I really do like the toy." She answered. "It's a plush." I answered back with a sudden sigh.
She looked into my eyes and said, "It's the thought that counts right?" I kept my cool and smiled. I dared not to argue and answered, "We can always give it to our child."
With an odd expression she shook her head and said, "W-we dont have a child." I slowly grabbed her hand and said, "Perhaps in the distant future we will."
My love snatched the monkey from me and said, "Just give me the plush." I stood motionless outside. The door slammed shut and I whispered, "Hey, what just happened?" An elderly man walked passed me and said, "Hey, try givin' her some jewelry next time romeo!"
